Changing The Locks On Your PO Box

One of the primary concerns of customers that make the switch from a competitive service to Everyday Mail is the security and integrity of their mail. The concern is that their keys to access their businesses mail have been out in the hands of another company and therefore it is theoretically possible however unlikely that copies have been made posing a security threat.

To help customers deal with this issue, Everyday Mail has developed a process around changing the locks on their PO Box on our customer’s behalf, naturally this would require a consent form to be authorised on company letterheads.

Once this form has been completed, the Post Office will issue two new keys to Everyday Mail, one of which will be retained by us and the other will be handed back to you the customer in the event you would like to access your own PO Box.

There is a minimal charge by the Post Office to carry out this service which is usually less than $20 and can be allocated to your Charge Account with the Post Office.

All that is required on your end is to fill in the blanks of the template that we send through to you and place this on you company’s letterhead and we will take care of the rest.

Should you wish for us to do this on your behalf, please contact us on 1300 624 562.
